The Quan staff is dedicated to providing high quality education to those whose lives have been affected by the use of mood-altering chemicals. At Quan we are committed to providing accurate, relevant, evidence-based programs and practices, and current information specific to the use of mood-altering chemicals. We believe in providing aggressive education from a multidimensional perspective. Program participants will better equipped to examine their decisions surrounding their chemical use.

 At Quan, our purpose is to provide primary and secondary drug prevention education. Our aim is to avert drug use from going beyond experimental use and to forestall escalation of drug use through the use of information, education, and alternatives to drug use. Specifically, we will provide education focused on altering drug-related attitudes and behaviors, provide alternatives to drug use, and emphasize healthful living. At Quan, we believe in the importance of social-behavioral curricula, parental involvement and education, peer leadership, and community-wide task force involvement.
